    Need Help on This Error Message!

    Hello! Lately I am getting a Error message saying..

    Missing Manifest Resource Exceprion was Unhandled. ::
    Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk.
    baseName: UserResultIA locationInfo: <null> fileName: UserResultIA.resources

    I am bit confused what the problem might be? and If you know the solution for this error type please Help!
