.lib to .a reimp.exe

Hello.
As the title says, I need a way to convert .lib to .a files so that i can link this to mingw (g++) compiler. I can do this with a program called reimp.exe which should come with dev-cpp and mingw.... But no.. it seems like it is removed somehow, and i can't find it, so I was wondering if someone here could make a direct download link to the file?
