I am planning to make a site for children but I need a way to identify who are 'real' children so that we would stay underneath to support and help them avoid 'online' games. The games by couples one push one chat right at home computers. I am worried about online sex chat abuse and long time fixing children's computers.
My site only for kids of 6-17 years old. I don't know if abusers could find a free chatter outside the house by the way. I play games online ALL the time and observe quite a bit, so I guess
