Attach the file to the mail using the path...
Hi all,
Using asp.net mail... I need to have the file path stored in a field and when I send a mail, it should pick up the file based on the path and send it as an attachment.
Hope am clear. Please guide me on this. I work on VisualStudio 2005, C#/VB language and MS-SQL as my backend.
Thank you & regards,

So, the user can ONLY install from the folder you choose? What kind of system is that?
Usually, we let users BROWSE for a folder using a dialog, and select one or more. (Cancel is another nice option)

I don't want to use 'Browse'. I had stored the path on one of the databound fields and using this field it should get the file and attach the same when sending the mail. I work on asp.net.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
