Image Overlay on Video

Hi forum!

I'm using C# to display MPEG4 video on a form. I want to overlay a transparent image over the playing video. I was wondering if anyone knows of a simple way of doing this (without using downloaded filters).

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

This is NOT easy. I've done this before with MPEG and WMV replay but wrote a DirectShow filter (in C++) to do it.

The easiest thing for you to do is to pick up an open sourced or third party product to provide this functionality for you.
