How to convert project from visual studio 6.0 project to visual studio 2005?

Hi All,

I was trying to convert the project from visual studio 6.0 project to visual studio 2005 .
For this i have following this steps

Visual Studio 2005 -> File -> Open -> Project / Solotion -> Select .dsp file -> Enter "Open"

Its gives some error message " .dsp file has been corrupted and can not be opened " .

Can any one tell me the solution for this problem? Is there any other option to convert this project in VS 2005?
