wordpress menu error

Hey all. Been a long time since i have been on here and i have an issue with a menu item on my friends site.

if you look the recipe link is suppose to be a drop down but its not working. it goes behind the content. anyone know how i can fix this issue?

As the HTML code has it, there is no JavaScript to treat it as a menu. Either way...that's a lot of code to sift through. Most of us here simply don't have the time to do such.
