i have database, and i need some mathematical tools for calculation of similarity between real process(process, which already has been done and database has data of this very process) and standard process(it's means, how process have to be).

If you can define your "similarity" mathematically, then you're halfway there. If you can't then you should probably try to find out what you think of when you think of your "similarity". Statistical methods like standard deviation, curve fitting etc. come to mind, but not knowing your data, it's impossible to tell.

I still don't know what you mean but you can Google for "similarity of time series". Maybe that's what you're looking for.
