Re: My article accepted in IEEE
You have to pay if you post your paper, most of conferences are mainly to make money of it, "IEEE sponsored" as the title says it all is simply just a mark. You might search old professors in big schools in US and Europe to read long long lists of papers summited, then what and what about yours ?
Contribution is good, I am doing it too right,

All of conferences in Europe charge scholars "well"
I suggest in future you should search conferences in countries like Japan where you can pay less (US$100~US$300), I guess they are supported not only by the government but also rich professors in the locality of the meetings

you are incorrect, I have not found any conference which suported by governemnt or by lecturrers..(can you suggest? )
the best places is conferences in Nordic countries and the best one is Norway which considers too much discount for students..
