Project related to .NET programming and 3D graphic ?

I am now thinking of a project for my graduation thesis. I'm interested in 3d graphic and .NET programming, now there're 3 choices that bump out of my head:
- develop game in XNA Game Studio
- 3d game in Silverlight
- 3d content for website
Do you know about any other field that is related to .NET and 3d graphic, I need as many choices as possible, your advice can help me a lot.
