Unable to select any item in WPF Tab control

I am not able to select any item those are inside a tab control.

I created a GUI then used VS2010 to add some code to that project. After this I am not able to select any item that is inside a tab. I am using Expression Blend 4.

Each time I try to select the item instead the main tab control gets selected.
