Importing our Data from another website

We have our employees working hours (Time Sheet) is in another company website.
We need that datas to manupulate for our use.
As a beginner, I have planned to copy the datas page by page from their website and paste into excel file. Then I have to insert from excel sheet to SQL Server Database.
But this process also will take long time (Coping from website and pasting into excel)
Is it correct method? Is there any other better method to do this job?
please suggest me better solution.
