    Speltting web form coding

    Hi,

    I am working on health web application where i have 14 different disease forms plus main form. these 14 disease forms shows on checkbox selection.

    my problem is that instead of putting all 15 forms html and code behind data in one web form what are other possible senariors available.

    Your suggestions will be highly appriciated.
