Remote Ruby On Rails Developer
Our client, a VC funded cloud computing start-up, is recruiting for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining their flagship UI.
Responsibilities
Produce high quality, well-documented BDD code
Design new features & improve existing ones in our client’s RoR app
Maintain our client’s up-to-date RoR app with the latest Rails & BDD tools
Deliver software iteratively every 2 weeks
Requirements
Distributed source control experience with Git
Demonstrated use of a recognized personal organization system
Demonstrated & repeated success in a pair-programming & virtual team collaboration
Good understanding of Software as a Service and “white-labeled” Rails apps
Excellent communications skills required
Bonus: Knowledgeable in email, IM, enterprise content and otherdocument formats
Bonus: Erlang knowledge, or interest in learning Erlang
