MS Access / Excel Interface using VB

I am generating a major financial report which contains an Excel graph.

My problem is how to send the 8 pieces of data to excel from access so the graph reflects the new position and then have access update the graph autmotically when the report opens.

I have attached a word document with a screen shot of the report and the excel graph to show what I am trying to achieve.

The interface programming is where I have very limited experience so any help would be greately appreciated.
