Our client’s recruiting function is a team of national recruiters that demonstrate knowledge, skill and leadership in the recruitment and assimilation of staff into all business lines, hiring experienced candidates.
· Supporting internal Recruiters by providing candidates for open requirements within assigned markets and business units.
· Develop innovative candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs
· Utilize advanced candidate sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates.
· Own and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support recruiting needs.
· Provide project updates as requested.
A minimum of 2 years of candidate sourcing experience with proven experience delivering results
Experience sourcing candidates in a professional services environment nationally.
Expertise in social media, list generation, and employer analysis for pipelining.
Strong research skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal), including ability to perform cold calling
Excellent organization, creative thinking and analytical skills
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
