    Help on new program

    How would i go about this problem in english words,

    Two drawings moving but when the top drawing hits the bottom it will go up and when it doesnt it will go down back onto the top of the bottom drawing.

    I have thought up lots of ways and they all seem complicated, i just wanted to know if there was a much easier way of doing this
