Newbie - Ironpython
Hi,
I'm quite new to Irronpython and I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good
reading material/resources

Depending on what level of programming in general you are. If you know both Python and .NET then I would suggest browsing around in the IronPython cookbook here:

If you're totally new to the subject matter instead I would suggest a simple tutorial like the following (a bit old but still decent):
