    new data types

is it possible to create new data type , i.e a 48 bit integer , , I mean the ones which are not defined by the compiler ,
like 128 bit unsigned integer ( IPV6) address ) , so on you get the picture.

Sure you can define such a class/struct in terms of existing primitives. But it will never be like you've added a new hardware feature so it will be slower than the native primities.
