Where can I talk about my website?

I've just spent 4 months on a php and Code Igniter project and it's now gone live. Is it possible to talk about this anywhere on the forum or would it be considered spam?

This is not really the site to promote other sites. The only place would be the Announcements, Press Releases, and News forum. That forum is for making announcements, not creating discussions on topics. Even then if your link is unrelated to coding topics, it will likely be removed.
