Is Visual Basic 6 a program or a programming language?
I heard that it was a language, but I keep seeing things about how to use a program called Visual Basic 6. Can you help me straight out the differences?

IDE to mean - Integrated Development Environment. No one says it better than Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_Basic
