    First figure out if you mean C++ or basic, then realize it isn't easy, and online is probably about the worst way to go about it. Go get a book and work through it.

    GCDEF is 100% correct.
    you should choose C++ that's better else it's your choice.

    you can use internet for help as in some problems but you can't get good quality tutorial from internet(you can't get anything for free).

    Some website like http://www.cplusplus.com/ can be used as reference.

    there are many books for C++ choose that one you like most.
    some popular books are
    1. beggining Visual C++ 2008/2010. Ivor horton
    2. programming principle practise by bjrne stroustup //good book
    3. SAM's teach yourself C++ in 21 days.
    and many more.

    If it's C++, print out this PDF:

    http://www.cplusplus.com/files/tutorial.pdf

    It's a very good beginner's tutorial and it will save you $50.
