    Arrow Looking to purchase source code for license plate recognition

    Greetings,

    I am looking to purchase source code that can identify and recognize a license plate within a digital picture. It would have to convert a given license plate within a picture to alphanumeric ASCII and be able to successfully identify all characters on the plate. Anyone interested?

    You may want to enable PMs. My company writes OCR software and could probably help you, but it would be very expensive and I don't intend to discuss it in this forum. If you're serious and have a real budget, send me a PM.
