We are looking for Junior Level Embedded C++ developer (please only 1-5 years of experience) If you know of anyone in the Seattle area who is a Junior to Mid Level (1-5 year of experience) C++ Software Developer please send your resumes to kki@protingent.com.

We are only considering candidates with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science (Masters Preferred) with (2-5 years of experience of working experience with C++). Due to the nature of the position only US Citizens and Green Card holders need apply (No H1B or Visa candidates)

Responsibilities:
• Develop software in C++ using Design Patterns to meet application requirements
• Develop software user interfaces using internal tools and frameworks
• Be proactive with management and engineering teams meeting deadlines
• Review software requirements and specifications
• Author software design and interface documentation
• Perform and follow software quality processes

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 1-5 years experience developing software applications with C++ in an embedded environment
• Demonstrated software development and technical skills
• Strong object oriented programming and software design pattern skills
• Ability to quickly analyze and debug a large and complex code base
• Perform and participate in code reviews
• Excellent software debugging skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Desired Skills/Knowledge
• Experience in developing navigation or automotive software applications
• Fluent in a second language both written and verbal
