vb6 app and low Integrity Level = problems

I am setting the Integrity Level ACL to Low in a very simple VB6 application. The problem is that if I change the icon of my application when the integrity level is set to Low, the application won't run ("Invalid Picture" error at load) but if the integrity level is Medium, then it works.

If the icon of the application is just the default one, it works either way.

I have tried in .net and seems to be working fine.

Sounds like the level of the icon being used in the VB6 app is considered to be medium.

    Beats me.
I've been doin' VB6 for years now and have never heard of an "Integrity Level ACL".
    What is it?
