    How to create a mobile application.

    Dear All,
    I would like to know how can I create a mobile app, that connect to a website which contains educational videos. If a person want to download that can be downloaded to his mobile. Can Anybody tell how to do this.

    This would be a Silverlight App. You would need to download the various development components from Microsoft. Do a search on their site, it's pretty straightforward and all of the components (eg Visual Studio Express) are free.
