Exclamation Copying my html/jscript site to vb

Ok so i have this template that i created in javascript but upgrading to IE9 or higher makes the template not work so im going to make something in VB6 to make things better. on my template i have now i have a couple of forms and then radio buttons on the bottom and when you select a radio button at the bottom more forms display below the currnet forms that are already displayed. and it expands the height of the window and im trying to figure out a good way to do this is VB6? Basically the attached file is what im trying to duplicate in vb
Or if there is a good way to convert this HTML file to vb that would be great(see attached) I could possibly pay for help on this
