A play about the Indian IT industry
I am starting a play about the Indian offshoring/IT industry. Here's a teaser:

It will be a comedy with a sad undertone depicting the life (or rather the lack of it) of programmers and how they are generally ill-treated and taken for granted by people who should really be baking bread or working in a biscuit factory, i.e. people with no technical knowledge.

Re: A play about the Indian IT industry
Sathy, be happy! If Sathy don't like the current position, then look for another.
Who treated others badly in your company ? Bosses, managers ? I have learnt that most of the Indian, Bangladeshi, Parkistani and middle easterners are street-smart, they have gone to work early in their lives, which gives them good experience in human interactions. So I am also horrified a little to hear that employees in Sathy area are badly treated.
