    You could download a command line compiler from MS. When I downloaded it ages ago the package was called VCToolkitSetup.exe but I can't find it at the moment. What I found however was some claims that the SDK should include it so you might go for that instead.
    Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place.
