Is it possible to use an Adobe PDF file as the front end connection to a database?
I'm pretty sure this is a bad way of programming things but I have seen more and more ocntrolled forms recently and am wondering if it could be done this way?
I believe Adobe also uses XML so could it read from XML files prepared by a database export routine and update the XML file via a web service? All seems a bit lengthy when a webpage could just be designed to link to the database directly?
