Hi all, I know a bit of java and I'd say it's just above introductory level there. But I am looking to learn C# and just programming in general. What are the steps I should take to reach an expert level? Books you suggest? Programs you suggest I do?

If you were to begin learning a language and just coding from scratch, how would you go about doing it? I am very eager to learn and improve. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
