help needed to extend hibernate function in windows

Hello, I've recently learnt how to write codes to make a pc hibernate and wakeup using C#, however being a novice, I would like to know how I can extend my application so that it can for example automatically schedule from Mondays to Fridays to hibernate the PC at for e.g. 11pm and then wake it up again at 9am the next day between this "range".

I know windows has an in-built scheduler which can be programmed to do this, but in my case I would like my app to do this for me.

Anyone can pls help me with some sample codes and tutorials on how to proceed with this (I did some google searches but did not come up with this... may be my keywords are wrong or things like this). Any help would be much appreciated
