Lightbulb CV should be on which Platform

Hi all, I have a CV (Curriculum Vitae) that is getting too long, but dont want to lose the details in it.
Can I get advise on the format I should choose that would enable the user to collapse or expand the job detail. I have very little c#, html, xml knowledge so kid gloves would be appreciated.
I would also like to move it out of Word as it seems when it is emailed the margins and spell-checker words are flagged. I have thought maybe HTML with a style sheet to keep my format.
    Please help this newbee.

Wordpad uses .RTF, which is Rich Text Format. Still can't collapse as it is decades old.
