Why does it exist ?
I don't know what SCRUM is actually, could you tell me why people need it ? Please give me an example what if it is not used in a project life cycle management ?
I think I am no good at software philosophy, Please give me a picture or a rough sketch of what SCRUM is without big words. Thank you a lot.

Re: Why does it exist ?
Also, I ssee guys as xxx managers not doing any management jobs, they just sit and design "flow chart" of "processes" and discuss this and that with others when / how to "implement" it. That kind of "flowchart" IS NOT the program flow chart, how that is supposed to be "implemented" ?
