Question Getting COM+ component added to Component Services

I've compiled a com+ component (not my code, I might add), and now have a dll (and an exp file if that is useful). Now, I need to get the darn thing added to Component Services. That seems to require an MSI or PAK file. I don't know if that is needed.
But how do I get the com+ dll added to Component Services?

I better add that I haven't spent any time programming Com+ before. But now I need to change (and debug) an existing Com+ item, and also have it in my Component Services.

COM+ component is nothing but a regular COM DLL. So it should register usual way: regsvr32 <dll_path>
    Best regards,
