    Sure, software is buggy and costly but the cure isn't yet another fad method or snake oil product.

    The cure is spelled education and regulation. Who would let a total novice operate on their brain or represent them in court? Nobody, but hiring newbies and charalatans to wreck havock on software is fine appearantly. If you buy cheap you get cheap. We get the quality we deserve.
