Modifying 3ds max app wizard, template include problems

I've got

I opened the project
Changed it to vc100
Changed it to x64
Disabled optimization
And compiled
And the results are shown above
Any help for me please?

2. From what and where did you change it to "vc100" and to "x64"?
3. What is '[!output PROJECT_NAME].h'?
4. What does "[tranlated]" mean? Did you translate the error message? Then what is the original text?
