Question CR8 and Zebra tlp2844 pause between label

    Hello,

I have a little problem, last week when printing label on oiur printer Zebra TLP2844 whit Crystal Report 8.

Last week, every thing works fine on our PC with Win XP PRO. But this week, we format the PC and we put Win 7 Ultimate Edition. We install a new driver for win 7 of Zebra TLP2844. The printer works correctly but it's slow ...

i explain, if i print 3 label, between each label, there's a pause of 5 seconde, and after the next labal is printing, and another pause of 5 seconde ...

Do you know how soved this problem ?

    Thank's

    Hi there

We had the same problem. What fixed it for us was on the printer properties for the Zebra, under the Ports tab, untick 'Enable bidirectional support'.

That seemed to fix it for us.

Although some of our users who were not experiencing this problem have this box ticked and their Zebras work just fine. They all have the same PC's and operating systems. Windows 7 Professional.

    Hope this helps.
