Slightly OT, Visual Studio 2012, and virtual desktops...
Hey all,
Not really a MSVC++ technical question, but does anyone else run a virtual desktop manager? If so, does Visual Studio "follow" you when you switch desktops? I'm running Litestep, and one of the annoying things I find with Visual Studio 2012 is that it's jumping to the desktop that I switch to! VS 2010 didn't have this issue.
Thanks!

Really, nobody runs a virtual desktop manager? Nobody convert to the dark side, from *NIX, to become a full time Windows developer?
I don't know how I'd get along without my 9 desktops!

Could download the source, debug it, fix it
They have a forum too, but that's not as fun.

Sorry, I've spent my whole career on Windows and Microsoft technologies. At this point, I don't think I'm smart enough to try to learn all the ins and outs of Unix. A man's got to know his limitations - so I need to focus on Windows.
I don't run a desktop manager but use hyper-v and frequently remote in to various desktops. VS 2012 works fine there (and I know that doesn't help you).

No worries. I was just hoping that someone stumbled onto this before. I was using VS2010 up until yesterday, and hadn't run into this issue with Visual Studio. I have with other apps, but I had used them so infrequently, it wasn't a priority to look into a solution.
Thanks!
