I will try to disable and enable that at File Write. but this seems to be a problem. As I am receiving data continuously and processing that in 10ms (which takes 1us. Data rate is 6000 samples/second)
What would happen if you get an interrupt 11 whilst the program is actually writing the file (as the time it takes to write/flush the file is not constant and can vary)? Are you using single or double buffering?
All advice is offered in good faith only. You are ultimately responsible for effects of your programs and the integrity of the machines they run on.
