    A question regarding multithreading

    What is the best way to make two threads do things alternatively? Thanks.

    Why? The whole point of threads is to have multiple threads effectively doing things at the same time. If you want two threads to do things alternatively why have two threads?

    Right, one worker + queuing messages = that's all what you need!

    Well the answer is synchronization objects. The reason is that is the way they will know that they are not using the same resource at the same time. look at mutex classes for starters. Also there are multi-processor solutions out there.
