    Thats fine, may ist possible to give this massage before I tried to start, before I write down the whole text.

    ANd why ist possible to open here in this part

    Your initial threads are moderated before being posted live. The original thread you created (with junk) has been deleted because, well, it contained junk.

    Otherwise, I'm not sure why you saw that message.

    have tried again, in this forum:

    made a click on submit new thread and got that:
    "You do not have permission to create tags. You may only use existing tags."

    Using firefox 23, cookis allowed

    That means, it wasnt permission of create a new thread, tags are not allowed, just create new tags. *****
