    Didn't you call
    Code:
    CoInitialize(NULL);
    or CoInitializeEx?

    Victor and Arjay, this solve my problem.

    But please, could you explain why XP need this "CoInitialize(NULL);" and WIN 7 not ?

    Initialization of COM apartment is a basic COM rule, and it always was mandatory.
