Purchase Single Sideloading License?
Hey all, new here. Not sure where I would ask this question.
I have a small business and purchased a Surface Pro 2 because I wanted to write an app to help out my employees. I never in a million years would have guessed that being able to sideload an app would be so convoluted and cost-prohibitive. My research so far seems to suggest that you have to be part of a volume licensing program and purchase a MINIMUM of 100 licenses... That's $3000. Money I definitely don't have.
Does anyone know of any way to purchase a single license? I already purchased the Surface and spent considerable time developing the app. I really want to be legit about this but I'm floored that Microsoft would so completely shut out small business from this process.
Any guidance would be SO appreciated!

Possibly... Are those upgrades available individually or are those only volume licensed as well? Any idea of the pricing?
And thanks for taking the time to respond!
