    One Question Polls

I'm trying out the One Question Polls in the right column. Some of these will be serious (like the one there now) and some won't be so serious, such as "What's your favorite developer food: Doritos, Pizza, Funyuns, etc."

I'll post results on my blog.

What do you think? Does it get a or a ? The poll should disappear after you give an answer to it until the next poll. (after you leave the page once you post an answer).

After I run through a few questions, I might even start a thread asking for new poll questions. The current plan is one poll question a week.

    Re: One Question Polls

MSN.com is my home page where they have a new poll like that every day. I often do the poll...

I'll be skipping today's poll since I have NO interest in the subject.
How much would you pay for a 'Princess Elsa' dress?
EDIT: MSN shows the poll results right away which is nice. Maybe a new section here on the site where a new thread is created by you that shows the question and the results.

AND, I did your poll by selecting the I don't use option. Have to wonder if that is helpful or not since the software is over my pay grade.

    The Express editions are free....

And I'd pay a lot less for an Elsa dress than my 9 year old daughters would.....

Are you asking what the poll on the right rail is (What version of Visual Studio are you using)? or are you asking what poll there is about Elsa....?

Arjay, I'm totally not following you......

I know certain things have been legalized in Washington, but that doesn't mean everyone should run out and use it.....

Ah..... JCS reference... nice. I should have gotten that.

I've gotten great response on this first poll. It might be time to put up the second one. It is a "Not serious" question. I'll be curious to see its results.

I know it's Friday night and I've had a hard and long week - but I don't see a poll anywhere?? For the 'daft question of the week' award, where should I be looking?

ON the right rail. When you answer it, it will go away (at least for a while).

Do you have any sort of blockers on your browser? This is a simple surveymonkey poll, so if you are blocking, you might be blocking it.

I've had a look and there's nothing I can see in the browser or anti-virus that should block this poll from showing. I've tried changing a couple of settings (block pop-up windows etc) but I still don't see the poll.

    Re: One Question Polls

Ok. Got it. The issue is that I use Firefox and I don't accept 3rd party cookies. What is the web address for the poll and I'll add it to an exception list.

PS what answer to you want to the VS question if you use serveral versions - as you can only tick one box?
