    the problem was like you said before... the WS_EX_TRANSPARENT style... now i must do another way for copy what it's on parent for do a false transparent

    seems for work correctly, the transparent, i must use 1 timer for copy the parent background and then show the text.. or i will always get the same background... tomorrow i will test it. thanks for all
