VB6 With Team Viewer

Please help me,
Customized software designed for my client using vb6 is not running until i or someone connects to that system using teamviewer (Remote Support).
Every time to start the software, teamviewer must be ON/connected. After that the software runs without any problem even teamviewer is closed.

We also checked whether the software opens when using AMMYY (Remote Support), but it is not opening.

Please help me.

You do know that unless you give us some specifics on the program and show some code there is not much anyone can do beyond telling you that teamviewer should have no effect whatsoever on a VB program unless of course you have coded it in such a way that it does.
