Position and Location: Identity and Access Management Support Engineer – Chicago, IL.

Type: Full-Time Direct Employment with V&A Client
Remote or Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work
Description: Our Client is looking to hire Identity and Access Management Support Engineer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop project documentation's for implementation of business solutions of simple to moderate complexity;
• Coordinate delivery of work from all suppliers involved in a small scale / sub-project;
• Facilitate issue resolution, enhancements/defect fix implementation, effort estimation etc;
• Liaison with the Application team, Architecture team, ISP, third parties, as necessary;
• Work with business unit to define critical business needs;
• Assist in the rapid execution of information security initiatives by maintaining an appropriate level of prioritization, focus and persistence in an environment of significant change and growth;
• Ensure that service level objectives are delivered and meet stakeholder expectations for quality.
• Provide 24x7 on call support as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in Identity Management, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification, Web Single Sign-on or Federated Identity;
• Experience implementing medium/large Identity and Access Management projects (1+ year);
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Management;
• Experience with Oracle Identity Management;
• Experience with CA Identity Management;
• Expertise with troubleshooting J2EE applications on Unix/Windows systems (preferred);
• Experience in standard operating procedures to perform pre and post production support activities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• CISA/CISM/CISSP certifications (preferred);
• Bachelors of Science degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
