Question for UserCase Doc
Hi,
So to be clear, I am NOT a programmer. I'm an entrepreneur, & I've hired a VERY jr. person to help me get the pre-docs written up for the programmer so everything will be ready when it comes to me hiring a PHP or Python coder to create the application.
Since she's so jr. & English isn't her native tongue, I need some help.
When the user signs up for my application on my site, they have to choose what to do next after being given 2 different options. That's what I'm having a problem with re: coming up with one word to describe those 2 options.
This is the sentence for the trigger as an example: Users click on the “Feature “ option.
They have the option to either complain or compliment. So maybe I should just say "Users click on the complaint option" ? she put "service" in there before the word "option" which of course makes no sense at all. I changed it to "feature" which also doesn't read correctly, so what should I put in there?
Thanks a ton
