    Best rails ide

Can someone recommend a rails IDE that automtically manages indentation ? For example in eclipse i use a keyboard shortcut to automatically reformat the code into a clean state

But rails is anoying for not running things that arent ibdented properly and text editors even sublime text dont do this well

    Thank you very much!

I recently found out about Visual Studio Code. It's a Microsoft IDE for just about any programming language.

What I can see there's no "official" plug-and-play extension for Ruby on Rails available (yet) but there are articles on the net describing how developers are using it anyway,

Well, here's something that seems quite mature,

Well, then you download the Mac version.

Note that VS Code is not the same as the regular VS.

Ah, I didn't realize there is a mac version, hopeful about the stability, as microsoft office is pretty unstable on mac lol
